Instead of in-person or live-stream worship this day, we want you to serve out in the community for two hours. Twenty people can go do gardening at Buhr Park; fifteen can go help sort and cook for the Breakfast Program at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church; twenty can go clean and sort at Alpha House; fifteen can go do odds and ends chores for House by the Side of the Road; fifteen or twenty can meet up at the downtown campus to help do some of the caretaking for our own building that keeps getting pushed off by all the other things. Can’t go to a specific spot? There will be some one-off projects in the social hall, a need for some greeters to catch the folks who came looking for a worship service and need to know where to go to do worship through service, and there will be some options on our website of things you can do wherever you are. Let’s be a church the people of Ann Arbor want to thank God for, FUMC.

Rise & Shine Worship
On Zoom, Wednesdays at 7:30 a.m.
