Soulfull Saturday is offered each year as a contemplative experience during Lent. We can’t all go to Lake Louise for Soulfull Retreat with the youth, but we can give ourselves a chance to slow down and reflect in the beautiful quiet space at Green Wood. We’ll supply inspiring poems and prayers at a variety of stations and even some prompts for you to write your own. Visit all the stations or just a few at your own pace. After time for individual reflection, we’ll close with a mini FUMC poetry slam opportunity, hearing and sharing meaningful insights or poems (written by yourself or by other writers).
