Save the Date! Community Swap Event
Spring cleaning is the perfect way to get ready for the swap! The purpose of this event is to promote environmental and economic sustainability as
well as promote community.
You are welcome to drop off items in good condition that you no longer need or want the day before (June 6) or the day of the event (June 7) at FUMC Downtown. On the day of the event everyone can take any items. You do not need to donate items to pick up items.
These items include:

Children’s clothes – newborn, 0-3 month, 3-6 month, 6-9 month, 9-12 month, 18 month, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T and up.

Teen clothes/young adult

Children’s shoes

Baby equipment/supplies
-
Toys/games
-
Children’s books
-
Children’s sports equipment
-
Maternity clothes
-
Men’s clothes and shoes

Women’s clothes and shoes

Crafts/art supplies

Kitchen items including small appliances

Household decor
-
Accessories (purses, backpacks, jewelry, watches, belts)
Items will need to be laundered and cleaned. Please no broken items, items with holes/stains, or furniture. Contact Selyna Beverly if you have any questions.
Drop off Days
FUMC Downtown
- Friday, June 6 anytime between 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Saturday, June 7 (before the swap) 8-9 a.m.
Swap Day
- Saturday, June 7- pick up items anytime between 9 a.m. – noon.
Free parking will be available in the church parking lot.
Calling all volunteers! To make the event a success, we need help! Please sign up to set up or clean up.
All remaining items will be donated to local charities such as Kiwanis & House by the Side of the Road
