Please note: Conversations About Science and Religion will be meeting on the third Sunday of the month in February, April and May.
Join us in the Sanctuary for Conversations about Science and Religion on February 19 at 11:15 a.m. for a talk with Dr. Versha Pleasant, who visited us in June to celebrate Juneteenth. Dr. Pleasant runs the Cancer Genetics and Breast Health Clinic at UM and is deeply interested in health disparities, particularly in breast cancer and genetic testing barriers facing Black women.
